• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Oficly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content Marketing Services

• Clients can browse available digital publications and select content placement opportunities.
• Upon selection, the corresponding service fee will be deducted from the Client's wallet.
• Once payment is confirmed, the Client must submit content as per our editorial guidelines.

4. Payment & Wallet

• Clients must fund their Oficly wallet to access content marketing services.
• All payments are final; refunds are only issued if Oficly fails to deliver the service as described.
• Oficly may charge transaction fees, which will be disclosed before purchase.

5. Content Guidelines

• Clients must ensure submitted content is original, high-quality, and provides value to readers.
• Content must not violate copyright laws, promote illegal activities, or contain misleading information.
• All submissions must comply with our Editorial Standards and Publication Guidelines.
• Oficly reserves the right to reject or request revisions for submitted content.

6. Publishing Process

• Content is typically published within 1-3 business days after approval.
• Oficly provides publishing confirmation with live links upon completion.
• In rare cases where issues arise, Clients will be notified promptly.

7. Refund & Dispute Resolution

• Refunds are processed only if Oficly fails to deliver the service as agreed.
• Clients must report issues within 7 days of the expected publication date.
• Oficly will address and resolve disputes internally in good faith.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming, fraudulent transactions, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized scraping or automated access to Oficly's data is not allowed.
• Clients must not attempt to manipulate publication standards or editorial integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of submitted content but grant Oficly the right to publish it.
• Oficly's branding, logos, and platform content are protected under intellectual property laws.
• Published content may include attribution to the digital publication.

10. Performance Disclaimer

• Oficly provides content placement services but makes no guarantees about specific marketing outcomes.
• We do not guarantee website rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates from published content.
• Content performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Oficly acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for reader engagement with published content.
• We are not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from platform use.
• Oficly's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
